Ceremony Selections

Ceremony Price Schedule:

 

“The Personalized Ceremony” - $250

Includes:

· An initial phone consultation (in person consultation at your location is $75 as well as Travel fees). 

· Unlimited phone and e-mail support

· Collaborating to create your own personalized wedding ceremony.  Choosing and personalizing each element to reflect your personal values and beliefs.  Perhaps incorporating cultural traditions, or family members, to create a sense of unity.

· An advanced copy of your ceremony script for your review will be e-mailed at least two weeks before your wedding.  Changes may be made if needed, and an updated version will be agreed upon at least one week before your wedding date.  This will allow you to have peace of mind on your wedding day, and to enjoy the ceremony while it is being performed.

· The performance of your “Personalized Ceremony.”

· The signing and mailing of your license.

· Travel fees are extra – please see fee schedule below.

 

 

“The Minimal Ceremony” - $150 (only available on weekdays)

· The performance of the minute ceremony.

· The signing and mailing of your license.

· Travel fees are extra – please see fee schedule below.

 

 

“Ceremony Rehearsal” - $60

· A meeting at the wedding site prior to the wedding, to coordinate logistics to the ceremony.  Rehearsal should last no longer than one hour, and additional fees based on this hourly rate will apply if rehearsal runs longer than one hour.

 

 

Extraordinary Circumstances:

· Some weddings have extraordinary circumstances having to do with time, location, or cultural traditions that fall out of our fees listed above.  We’d be happy to talk with you about pricing for your “extraordinary circumstances.”

 

 

Reserving our services:

· Once it is determined that we are available to officiate at your wedding, we then e-mail you a wedding agreement, which details the services we will be providing for you.  This agreement is then signed by the couple, and returned to us with a non-refundable deposit of half of the fee.  The remaining balance is to be paid in full a minimum of two weeks before your wedding. Payments are non-refundable if you cancel.  But if you notify us of the cancellation at least one week before the scheduled date, your initial deposit may be applied to a different day and time, up to six months beyond the original date of your wedding, upon our availability. 

 

· Upon receipt of your deposit, and the signed agreement, we will then forward you the written ceremony samples for your selections to be made, we can then begin collaborating on your unique written ceremony.

 

 

Additional Travel Fee Schedule:

 

· Roundtrip from our base point of Valley Village in the San Fernando Valley—or Lancaster in the Antelope Valley; whichever is closest to your venue.

 

· $ 0.50 per mile will be charged in addition to the Ceremony fee.
